Who are we?

We are Chelsea & Paige — sisters, best friends, and co-owners of Milk & Honey Events. Together, we’ve built a wedding planning company that combines creativity, organization, and a whole lot of heart.

From the very beginning, we knew we wanted to create something special — helping couples turn their love stories into unforgettable celebrations. With two unique perspectives (and double the passion), we bring both big-picture vision and fine-detail precision to every wedding we plan.

As lead planners, we work side by side with each couple, ensuring your wedding feels personal, seamless, and stress-free. Our goal is simple: to let you soak in every magical moment while we handle the logistics behind the scenes.

Whether we’re designing a dream wedding from scratch, stepping in to refine your plans, or making sure your big day runs flawlessly, we treat every event as if it were our own family’s celebration.

Because for us, this isn’t just a business—it’s a sister-run labor of love.

    Paige Becker

    CO-FOUNDER | LEAD PLANNER

Paige has always been a dreamer at heart — the little girl who spent hours curating her perfect wedding on Pinterest, long before she knew weddings were a real career option. In 2022, when she planned her own wedding, she discovered the joy of turning a vision into reality — and that the planning process could be just as magical as the big day itself. That experience sparked more than beautiful memories — it ignited a passion for crafting celebrations that are truly one-of-a-kind.

Since then, Paige has spent three years bringing weddings to life with creativity, precision, and a touch of sparkle. Whether designing the big-picture vision or obsessing over the tiniest details, she delights in helping couples turn dreams into memories — while keeping the planning process joyful, stress-free, and sprinkled with a little wedding-day magic.

    Chelsea Williamson

    CO-FOUNDER | LEAD PLANNER

From a young age, Chelsea was captivated by the magic of productions — drawn to every front-facing and behind-the-scenes detail that brings an event to life. Her love for weddings started early, fueled by endless hours watching “Say Yes to the Dress” and “Four Weddings” on TLC.

After being a bridesmaid more times than she can count, she finally stepped into the role of bride in 2024 and found purpose and fulfillment in planning every detail from tablescapes to unique guest experiences.

With two years of hands-on industry experience, Chelsea brings energy, creativity, and an eye for detail to every celebration. As a jack-of-all-trades, Chelsea can step into any role, from steaming your tablecloths to being lead singer in your wedding band. She’s thrilled to be taking this next step, helping couples create unforgettable moments with warmth, care, and the opportunity to bring your wildest dreams to life.

Our Mission

At Milk & Honey, we believe wedding planning should feel like gaining two sisters who just happen to be experts in design, logistics, and fun. Our mission is to create weddings that reflect the heart of each couple — weaving their wildest dreams into a celebration that feels effortless, joyful, and uniquely theirs. We bring warmth, laughter, and a little bit of magic to every step, so our couples can feel fully present and stress-free, knowing we’ve got them covered.

Our Values

At Milk & Honey, CONNECTION is everything — we see our couples as not just as clients, but also friends (or sisters), and we love creating weddings that feel deeply personal to their story. With CREATIVITY, we bring fresh ideas and thoughtful touches that make each celebration one of a kind.

We believe wedding planning should be filled with JOY, not stress. Our approach is warm, fun, and lighthearted, so you can actually enjoy the journey as much as the big day.

Through TRUST and COLLABORATION, we balance calm guidance with genuine partnership, turning your vision into something even more spectacular and unique than you imagined.

Get to know us…

What’s my favorite post-wedding routine?

Chelsea: A hot shower, my 10-step skincare routine, and compression socks.

Paige: A shower, sleepy time tea, and reading until I fall asleep.

Why do we plan weddings?

Both of us: After planning our own weddings and being maid-of-honor, bridesmaid, and guest at countless others, we know how much love, care, and energy goes into making your special day memorable for you and your guests. We’ve seen the highs and lows from every angle and are deeply passionate about making the wedding planning process as fun and seamless as possible for every couple and their families. You only get one wedding day, so let’s make it the most stress-free day and the best party you and your friends and family have ever been to!

Who’s the older sister and who’s the younger sister?

We’ll let you guess on that one…

What wouldn’t I be caught without at a wedding?

Chelsea: A snackle box — artfully crafted with the perfect combination of sweet and salty snacks to fuel me throughout the day!

Paige: My iPad… a timeline hates to see me coming.

How do I spend my time outside of weddings?

Chelsea: Doing anything and everything. Traveling, performing in musicals, being a princess at princess parties, teaching pure barre. You name it, I probably do it.

Paige: Hang out with my dog, Chef, go on hot girl walks (and runs), redecorate my house (almost daily), and listen to every Taylor Swift album on repeat.

What’s my favorite snack?

Chelsea: Dot’s pretzels or fruit snacks.

Paige: Buncha Crunch, Peanut M&Ms, or ICE CREAM!

What’s my go-to drink?

Chelsea: Champagne or Prosecco (something bubbly!), or a tequila shot on the rocks — chaser, optional.

Paige: In the morning, a pumpkin coffee (I don’t care if it’s the middle of April). In the afternoon, a room temp SpinDrift. In the evening, it depends on the day. Wine, an Old Fashioned, I’m not picky.

Favorite part of a wedding day?

Chelsea: The moment right before the bride walks down the aisle. There’s nothing quite like that last moment of anticipation before everything changes. It’s such a sweet, special moment to witness at every wedding and always brings me to tears.

Paige: The first moment the bride and groom see each other. There is so much beauty in getting to see each other after the anticipation of the day. Whether it’s an intimate first look or locking eyes walking down the aisle, you can always catch me crying in the corner seeing the raw emotions of this moment.
